West Coast, Best Coast?

Ever seen #westcoastbestcoast? Or heard anyone try to tell you that the west coast is the best coast? Just a simple Google search will yield tons of listicles filled with reasons why the west coast is better. Arguments include In-N-Out, better coffee, better views, beaches, and more. Not convinced? Now that I’m on the west coast for the next two years, it’s time for me to find out. Peep my travel wishlist below.

  1. Awesome list! I’m going to have to join you for some of these.

    1. Definitely recommend Yellowstone as you have listed but also to couple it with Grand Teton – let me know when this trip formulates I’ll send you my itinerary.
    2. I did not get a chance to make it over to Victoria but almost did during my trip to Vancouver. Again, I would recommend coupling the two into one trip. I have tons of Vancouver recommends if you chose to do that as well!
    3. Highly recommend Yosemite/Grand Canyon. We added on Bryce and Zion as well which are GORGEOUS. @MalharPatel just did a few of these and did Arches as well.
    4. I haven’t got to do these yet but a few additions (time pending): Portland, Glacier National Park, and Banff National Park. If you are planning on doing a lot of the national parks, the year pass is a great saver.
    5. I know you have a lot of friends in the San Fran area for recs. When I had dinner with Kevin, Violette, and Akhil, we had dinner at La Fusion and I thought the Seafood Pot Pie was to die for.

    So excited for your adventures!

  2. Oakland, Napa, Sonoma 🙂

    Let’s go to Hawaii together?
